Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Untold Archives. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Already purchased but the app shows the paywall? Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen while signed in with the same Apple ID.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Offline reading
Download a library of stories for offline reading from Settings → Offline Library inside the app. Re-download any time for a fresh set, or clear it to free up space.
Story corrections
Every story is checked against published sources before it reaches your feed, and each one lists its sources at the bottom. Spot something off? Email us with the story title — corrections are reviewed by a human and fixed quickly.
Account & data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data (reading history, journal entries, saved stories) by emailing support@untoldarchives.app with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store.
